Best wraps ever. this one is a cauliflower wrap such good value they pack it with ingredients including potatoes and dressings plus spicy hummus and tahini. Vegan as is or spicy chicken available if preferred. excellent value the one in photo was 10 bucks and almost enough for 2 people. Consistent polite happy friendly team on the sandwich grill section. I could eat these daily and affordably. The secret is they use two wraps so it is sturdy and doesn’t fall apart. A must try in Montreal !

As someone new to MTL I wanted to try Olly Frescos as it is close to my office. Unfortunately the first time I had tried it, I had a bad experience. I contacted them to let them know and today had such a pleasant interaction with their general manager. Not only did they rectify the problem and treat me to a free lunch, they took on my feedback and made an active effort to avoid it happening again. I’m very impressed with how they dealt with the situation and the food I had today was phenomenal. Thank you!

Wish there was a 6 star option! They've got it all. Great selection. Reasonable prices. And of course, very fresh, healthy and tasty food. Plus the management and staff are super-friendly and considerate of their customers' needs and wants. I love this place and go there for lunch at least three times a week. I also do a lot of my 'grocery' shopping there and frequently eat their prepared meals at night, too. And don’t get me started on their soups! Delicious! This is the best food option to happen to Montreal in years. Thank God they survived the pandemic. Hopefully they will thrive again. Go Olly!

Five star daily experience; wether it is the friendly and welcoming staff or the variety of food offered daily. Themed buffet that changes every day, huge variety of food as well as a salad bar to complement. Sandwiches, pastas, soups, and even desserts are available at every corner of the place, it is like food wonderland! Price to quality ratio is very fair as well. Highly recommended especially to people working nearby!

I was surprised to find this somewhat hidden Olly Fresco, considering there's another one 5 minutes away. Looks like they have different daily menus, so if one doesn't suite your tastes, it might be worth checking out the other.

I'm really confused to the people saying it's expensive, must be people that didn't get the memo that you're paying by weight and mostly put rice or other cheap heavy things. This place is delicious and the portion to food ratio is pretty much unmatched in the city. With the buffet style you can fill your plate with a wide variety of dishes. It's right next to the éconofitness I go to, and the perfect place for a post workout meal filled with protein.

Lots of food stuff here. Taste is good and price is reasonable. Either Veg or Non-veg , there are lots of options to choose from buffet. Staff working here are nice & friendly. Excellent !!
